About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee account penetration by leveraging products and services
- Prepare and deliver customer training and technical presentations
- Act as the escalation point of contact for team members
- Conduct account reviews and regional sales planning meetings
- Liaise with Account and Service Delivery teams on customer projects
- Assess customer needs to determine system requirements and solution designs
- Provide technical guidance and training to the sales team
- Assist customers with Proof-of-Concept project design, implementation, and documentation
- Help create RFP and RFI responses
- Travel to on-site sales opportunities, partner training, and trade shows
Requirements
- 5 years experience in audio-visual systems as a pre-sales engineer
- Ability to articulate requirements and expectations clearly
- Results and performance orientation
- Structured thinker and communicator
- Ability to travel to various locations as required
