Pre Sales Data (Apprentice)

Responsibilities

• Perform data crunching, cleansing, and de-duplication using advanced Excel to support internal sales and calling teams
• Analyze sales data and create effective reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query
• Prepare and review weekly pipeline and sales dashboards for top management
• Manage lead inflow and allocation through the DUNS Tracker tool to ensure process adherence
• Coordinate with the Marketing Communication team on a weekly basis regarding lead reception
• Maintain data and dashboards for email campaigns and initiate email blasts through Marketo
• Ensure timely feedback is shared with stakeholders to maintain database accuracy

Requirements

• Expert level proficiency in advanced Excel and Power BI, including the ability to use Macros
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree
• Relevant internship experience in data management
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, five days a week
