Pre Sales Consultant Talent Domain Portuguese/ROW Market

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact product demonstrations for key Talent deals to help close sales.
• Train and certify a global sales team of over 500 members on product features and sales skills.
• Act as a bridge between Sales and Product teams by sharing market insights and customer feedback.
• Develop and manage a detailed sales certification program for SDRs and Account Executives.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor movements, and client needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proactive, natural problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
• Background working within Talent or People teams.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
