Pre Sales Consultant Talent Domain Italian Market

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact product demonstrations for key Talent management deals to help close sales.
• Train and certify a global sales team of over 500 members on product features and sales techniques.
• Act as a bridge between Sales and Product teams by collecting market insights and customer feedback.
• Develop and manage a detailed sales certification program for SDRs and Account Executives.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor movements, and client needs in the Italian market.

Requirements

• Native Italian speaker with proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments is preferred.
• Experience working within Talent or People teams is a significant plus.
• Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
