Responsibilities

• Support the Rise Up sales function and international growth for Mid to Enterprise customers
• Qualify opportunities and support the sales team with responses to RFPs
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of learning industry technologies and methodologies
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations
• Lead technical discussions with C-suite executives and technology architects
• Manage discovery sessions to uncover client requirements and technical challenges
• Collaborate with product, development, and customer success teams to ensure optimal solutions
• Provide strategic recommendations on learning technology and digital tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or consultative implementation experience
• Strong client engagement and communication skills
• Data-driven analytical skills
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
• Proficiency in presenting complex technical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Solutions (LMS/LXP/SLP)
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
