Pre-Sales Consultant

ITHR is a technology consulting and professional services organisation supporting enterprises across the UAE and Middle East with digital transformation, cybersecurity, ERP implementation, talent solutions, managed services, and custom application development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and customers to understand business objectives and technology requirements
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders
• Develop solution proposals, architecture overviews, and statements of work
• Lead and support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with accurate, commercially viable responses
• Work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and appropriately scoped
• Maintain knowledge of cybersecurity trends, enterprise technologies, and ERP ecosystems
• Contribute to reusable pre-sales assets like proposal templates and demo environments

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting
• Strong fundamentals in networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive stakeholders
• Ability to translate technical concepts into measurable business outcomes
• Experience leading RFP, RFI, and tender responses
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cybersecurity platforms (SIEM, XDR, EDR, IAM, PAM)
• Experience with ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with managed services and service delivery models
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CCNA, or cloud provider credentials
