Pre Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations for key Talent management deals to drive customer acquisition.
• Train the sales team on product features and sales techniques to improve performance.
• Act as a bridge between sales and product teams by sharing market feedback and customer needs.
• Develop and manage a sales certification program to train over 500 employees.
• Conduct market research on trends, client needs, and competitor activity to guide product development.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
• Previous experience working within Talent or People teams.
