About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations for complex, high-value clients regarding Talent, Operations, Payroll, and Time products
- Conduct ongoing sales and product training sessions to enrich team capabilities
- Develop an in-depth certification program to train and certify the sales team
- Provide onboarding and ramp-up coaching for new hires and underperforming representatives
- Perform market research and analysis to provide strategic insights on trends and competitors
- Ensure smooth customer activation and transition from sales to post-sales support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
- Proven experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or Account Executive
- Proficiency in both English and German languages
- Strong ability to explain complex concepts simply and create enablement materials
- Experience with B2B SaaS products is preferred
