Pre Sales Consultant DACH Market

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations for complex, high-value clients regarding Talent, Operations, Payroll, and Time products
• Conduct ongoing sales and product training sessions to enrich team capabilities
• Develop an in-depth certification program to train and certify the sales team
• Provide onboarding and ramp-up coaching for new hires and underperforming representatives
• Perform market research and analysis to provide strategic insights on trends and competitors
• Ensure smooth customer activation and transition from sales to post-sales support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
• Proven experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or Account Executive
• Proficiency in both English and German languages
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts simply and create enablement materials
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is preferred
