Responsibilities

• Analyze the billing, reimbursement, and administrative processes of potential hospital customers
• Demonstrate the concrete value our integrated hospital information system delivers
• Present software solutions in a targeted and relatable way with a strong understanding of hospital administration
• Bring customer and market feedback related to administrative and billing workflows back into Product Development
• Represent Avelios at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings as a trusted expert

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospital billing, reimbursement, and administrative processes
• Experience in healthcare, hospital administration, medical controlling, or related project work
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex administrative topics simply
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
