Pre Press Operator

Responsibilities

• Make, cut, and demount flexographic plates
• Sort, stack, and organize flexographic plates
• Perform quality inspections on plates to ensure standards are met
• Conduct data entry and maintain organized plate storage
• Clean and store TwinLock sleeves
• Perform autonomous maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment
• Cross-train in plate cutting, making, and mounting processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in machine operation within a production or manufacturing environment
• Basic machine maintenance skills
• Intermediate computer skills, including a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) on a rotating weekly schedule, including every other weekend
