Pre-Litigation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a seasoned pre-litigation team through huddles, one-on-ones, and coaching sessions
• Review demands prior to submission to ensure consistency, quality, and value alignment
• Monitor case progression and enforce KPIs such as phase duration and resolution timelines
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain case movement
• Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable to outcomes
• Implement process improvements and training initiatives to align with firm best practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring senior staff
• Expertise with Filevine for tracking performance and managing workflows
• Ability to navigate conflict and address underperformance confidently
• Strategic mindset with the ability to implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
