About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze a diverse portfolio of consumer claims autonomously
- Lead amicable resolution processes (ADR) and negotiate settlement agreements
- Act as the primary contact for opposing lawyers, consumer associations, and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and dealership teams to build defense files
- Monitor consumer law developments and report risk indicators to the global Compliance team
- Assist in preparing files for litigation in coordination with external group lawyers
Requirements
- Minimum Bac +3 degree in Law (specialization in Consumer Law preferred)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in pre-litigation management
- Strong knowledge of French consumer law and civil procedure
- Fluent and proficient English (written and spoken)
- Impeccable French writing skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
