Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 personal injury matters from intake through pre-litigation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and exceptional service
• Investigate claims, gather evidence, and obtain key documents including police reports and medical records
• Open and manage bodily injury, no-fault/PIP, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims
• Prepare and submit no-fault/PIP applications, lost wage claims, and related documentation
• Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate case information in the case management system
• Track medical treatment, damages, liens, and case-related expenses
• Coordinate property damage claims and prepare cases for settlement or litigation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Prelitigation Paralegal or Prelitigation Case Manager
• Experience handling a caseload of 100+ files using a Case Management System (e.g., Litify, Needles, Clio, MyCase)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency
