Pre-Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation auto injury cases from intake through settlement or transition to litigation
• Work directly with clients, providers, and support staff to keep cases moving
• Review facts, damages, medical records, treatment status, liability, and case value
• Own demand package preparation, review, and settlement negotiations
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
• Identify next steps and resolve issues before they become delays

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with the Michigan Bar
• 2+ years of plaintiff auto / personal injury experience
• Michigan auto experience (first- and third-party) highly preferred
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
• Strong client service, negotiation, and legal writing skills
