Pre-ETS Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to students with disabilities aged 14–22 in secondary, post-secondary, or alternative education programs.
• Deliver direct services in school and community-based settings to support student engagement, skill development, and transition planning.
• Facilitate day-to-day program operations and provide administrative support to the Director of Pre-ETS.
• Assist with project support activities, including maintaining timelines, data entry, and contributing to quarterly reporting and progress tracking.
• Support fiscal tasks including proposal preparation, budget development, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
• Build collaborative relationships with community partners, families, school districts, and ACCES-VR staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Education, Human Services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience delivering or supervising educational or vocational services to students with disabilities (ages 14-22).
• Experience working with underserved populations.
• Proven ability in budget tracking and reporting.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to school and community settings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
