Pre-Cure Tread Operator (PCT)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities of the PCT production operation for the assigned shift
• Maintain accountability for product quality, quantity, and equipment efficiency
• Ensure the work area remains safe, neat, and clean
• Execute duties including extruding, curing, trimming, visual inspection, buffing, and packaging of tread
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs and frequent reaching

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled, high-heat environment
• Ability to adhere to strict safety procedures and wear required PPE
