Pre-Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project due diligence including surveys, utility investigations, and geotechnical services
• Manage technical consultants including architects, engineers, and surveyors
• Review engineering deliverables and drawing packages for constructability and consistency
• Prepare bid packages, project specifications, and technical drawings
• Support the bidding process, RFI reviews, and contractor award recommendations
• Coordinate permitting activities, agency comments, and jurisdictional approvals
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and drawing logs
• Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Assist with project turnover to the deployment team

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, preconstruction, or architecture
• Experience coordinating multiple consultants and stakeholders on commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Bluebeam
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
