About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating preconstruction activities from tender issue through to handover
- Collaborating with commercial, estimating, planning, and design teams to meet project milestones
- Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships and ensure project confidence
- Identifying and mitigating risks during the preconstruction phase
- Supporting bid writing and strategy development
Requirements
- Previous preconstruction experience on projects up to £20m
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Full Driving Licence
- Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or professional membership)
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
