Pre-Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering and pre-construction activities to ensure projects are commercially sound and strategically aligned
• Develop winning bid strategies in close collaboration with estimating teams to refine pricing and competitiveness
• Engage directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to build relationships and shape project solutions
• Identify risks early and implement smart construction methodologies to strengthen project viability
• Contribute to commercial strategies, including value engineering and contract negotiations

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in pre-construction, construction management, or senior project leadership roles
• A demonstrated track record of leading successful tenders and securing major projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and strong commercial acumen
