Pre Commissioner

Responsibilities

• Perform "blank" testing on finished plants to ensure mechanical and electrical compliance before shipment
• Conduct systematic checks on mechanical assembly compliance against P&ID, layouts, and construction drawings
• Verify correct assembly of piping, valves, flanges, auxiliary components, and rotating machines
• Inspect electrical cabinet wiring and field connections to ensure consistency with electrical diagrams
• Execute continuity and insulation tests and verify correct installation of measuring instruments
• Simulate basic signals to verify data acquisition and check PLC automation functionality
• Perform programming for necessary instruments installed within modules and support prototype startups

Requirements

• Technical diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent electrical training
• 3-4 years of professional experience in electrical plant systems or similar roles
• Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming and TIA Portal/WinCC
• Excellent ability to read electrical and P&ID diagrams
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and motors
• Manual dexterity for assembly, disassembly, and equipment connection tasks
• Strong problem-solving attitude
