Pre-Apprentice HVAC Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist crew members by carrying tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Support basic installation tasks under direct supervision
• Learn and follow all safety procedures and protocols
• Perform simple tasks such as loading/unloading materials and preparing work areas

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to crawl in attics
• Ability to work effectively when alone
• Apple/iOS user
