Responsibilities

• Support field crews with material handling, site organization, and jobsite housekeeping
• Use basic hand and power tools safely under guidance
• Assist with install prep including cutting openings, staging equipment, and loading/unloading
• Practice safety and quality basics to maintain clean, compliant work areas
• Work as part of a team to develop trade awareness across New Construction or Service & Remodel environments
• Lead, exemplify, and promote company culture and safety requirements

Requirements

• High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Ability to work a 4 x 10 hour work day schedule
• Ability to lift above 50lbs regularly
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, twisting, and climbing ladders for 90% of the day
