Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate practical instruction using modern teaching and learning methods such as simulation learning
• Design learning projects for training stations and take responsibility for leading a station
• Develop modern concepts for planned practical instruction across all specialist departments
• Represent the hospital at training fairs and school visits
• Support the integration of trainees from third countries into the workplace and local community

Requirements

• Completed further training in practical instruction (Praxisanleitung)
• Active experience in a practical instruction role
• Commitment to annual 24-hour professional pedagogical qualification updates
• Desire for further training, specifically in simulation training and Kinaesthetics
• Responsible, structured personality with initiative and teamwork skills
