- Guide and accompany trainees
- Design and structure practical instruction situations
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary treatment team including doctors and therapists
Requirements
- Trained nursing professional (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann)
- Completed practical instructor training (Praxisanleiter) or strong interest in completing it soon
- Desire to actively participate in the development of a new ward
- Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and creativity
- Communicative, resilient, and empathetic with good social skills
