Responsibilities

• Concept and further development of measures in the field of personnel development
• Organization and active participation in the design of internal events
• Preparation, support, and follow-up of training sessions and workshops for leadership, personnel, and organizational development
• Support for projects related to training and qualification offerings
• Creation and updating of PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint pages

Requirements

• Current university enrollment (e.g., Humanities, Communication, Social Sciences, Business Education, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar)
• Very good German skills (minimum C1) and English skills (minimum B2)
• Ability to work in a team and high level of commitment
• Independent working style and strong organizational talent
• Enthusiasm for People and Culture topics
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of digitalization, automation, and AI is an advantage
