About the role
Responsibilities
- Support daily dispatching and coordinate with plants and customer service to ensure optimal product availability
- Conduct independent inventory audits at distribution partners throughout Switzerland, including Romandie and Ticino
- Monitor and update dashboards to analyze overstocks and understocks and identify discrepancies
- Assist in balancing stock levels to ensure efficient availability of gas cylinders
- Update existing process descriptions based on acquired knowledge
- Calculate optimal stock levels and support the inventory management of distribution partners
Requirements
- Ongoing studies or training in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in French (B2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style
- Experience with SAP is a significant plus
