About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure grassroots delivery is carried out in a planned, professional, and systematic way
- Practice a community-led approach to develop plans and deliver results
- Collaborate with women collectives, Panchayats, and community groups to design and monitor projects
- Conduct needs assessments and develop detailed implementation plans
- Develop and implement training programs to build capacity for community leaders
- Support the development of policies and strategies for sustainable development
- Collaborate with block administration and local authorities for resource mobilization
- Monitor, record, and evaluate work to ensure high-quality provision and impact
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- 5-6 years of relevant work experience in livelihoods with community collectives
- Experience in development or social sectors, including government agencies
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
