About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure grassroots delivery is carried out in a planned, professional, and systematic way
  • Practice a community-led approach to develop plans and deliver results
  • Collaborate with women collectives, Panchayats, and community groups to design and monitor projects
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop detailed implementation plans
  • Develop and implement training programs to build capacity for community leaders
  • Support the development of policies and strategies for sustainable development
  • Collaborate with block administration and local authorities for resource mobilization
  • Monitor, record, and evaluate work to ensure high-quality provision and impact

Requirements

  • Graduate degree
  • 5-6 years of relevant work experience in livelihoods with community collectives
  • Experience in development or social sectors, including government agencies
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
