About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails to support customers with testing tools and data uploads
  • Handle overflow scheduling calls to ensure efficient operations
  • Troubleshoot Overnight Pulse Oximetry upload issues and guide users through website tools
  • Process and validate test orders, physician updates, and faxed results
  • Manage shared departmental queues and assist with cross-training as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or support experience
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent phone presence, attention to detail, and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of oximetry or sleep testing equipment
