About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails to support customers with testing tools and data uploads
- Handle overflow scheduling calls to ensure efficient operations
- Troubleshoot Overnight Pulse Oximetry upload issues and guide users through website tools
- Process and validate test orders, physician updates, and faxed results
- Manage shared departmental queues and assist with cross-training as needed
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service or support experience
- High school diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent phone presence, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of oximetry or sleep testing equipment
