Practice Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight for multiple practice operations and sites
• Monitor financial viability, staffing, and revenue cycle processes through monthly reporting
• Ensure compliance with all federal, local, and regulatory healthcare laws
• Manage service agreements and act as a primary advocate for the client
• Lead operational activities including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee information technology plans, including EHR and practice management systems
• Develop and implement strategic plans and business operation plans to maximize productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Applications
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management systems
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate education in healthcare or business administration
• Experience in physician practice management or operations
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) designation
