About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate operational and administrative functions for assigned Radiology practices to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient experiences.
  • Oversee Interventional Radiology (IR) patient coordination, including pre-procedure readiness, safety workflows, and procedural throughput.
  • Develop and implement policies for patient scheduling, clinical space utilization, and staff optimization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue cycle activities, including physician billing, copay collection, and authorization workflows.
  • Manage staff through recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and professional development.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with institutional policies, HIPAA, and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, infection control).
  • Facilitate communication between clinical sites, physicians, and administrative leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4 years of related professional experience.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning and executing operational activities with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to extract, evaluate, and summarize complex data sets.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with professional staff and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • Previous experience in physician practice management.
  • Experience with EPIC and clinical workflow optimization.
