Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency
- Manage operational and financial performance, including budgeting and P&L
- Provide receptionist support including patient interactions and bookings
- Lead and inspire the practice team to deliver outstanding care
- Manage sales targets and utilization
Requirements
- Proven experience in team leadership or practice management
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of financial management, budgets, and P&L
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Valid NZ work rights and local residency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the dental or medical sector
