Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the dispensary staff to provide a patient-centric, premium eyecare experience
• Manage all facets of dispensary operations, including daily shop activities and inventory controls
• Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and practice goals
• Oversee expense and budgetary controls for the optical dispensary
• Foster positive working relationships with practice doctors and clinical staff
• Coach and mentor team members through individual development plans and performance management
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and maintain high standards of patient care
• Implement and maintain company-approved safety programs and operational policies

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• ABO certification or applicable state licensure
• Proven experience in optical retail and customer service
• Strong knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and patient record software
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in an eyecare environment
