Responsibilities

• Pioneer the integration of AI in daily operations
• Optimize practice efficiency and resource maximization
• Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals
• Implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance patient experience
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting and revenue cycle optimization
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to align practice goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare practice management
• Proficiency in practice management software and Google Workspace
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare management

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) certification
