Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of the patient experience
• Facilitate and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of managing a dental practice
• Knowledge of insurance verification, claims, and resolution processes
• Understanding of patient and insurance AR management
• Ability to maintain employee relations
• Experience with payroll management and oversight
• Understanding of P&L and controlling expenses
• Knowledge of standard OSHA and HIPAA practices and policies
