Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team of veterinary professionals
• Collaborate on hiring and onboarding to ensure skill and cultural alignment
• Optimize clinic scheduling to ensure productivity, flow, and team sustainability
• Manage performance through meaningful feedback and champion professional growth
• Uphold operational excellence and financial health to support high-quality care
• Model a culture of kindness, accountability, and curiosity
• Advocate for the clinic team in broader company-wide conversations
• Provide onsite leadership, jumping in to support the floor or client interactions when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Evening and weekend availability to support clinic operations
• Ability to manage direct reports and work closely with shift leads
• Experience handling client distress and uncooperative patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within a veterinary setting
