Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned infusion centers
• Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff including hiring, scheduling, and performance development
• Drive success in patient onboarding, scheduling, and EMR documentation
• Collaborate with regional leadership and revenue cycle departments to ensure efficient workflows
• Manage center-level business performance metrics and P&L execution
• Serve as the primary liaison for community groups, physicians, and strategic drug partners
• Support market expansion efforts alongside Business Development Managers

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, outpatient, or multi-site operations
• Proven success managing both clinical and administrative teams
• Experience in healthcare front desk operations, patient access, or revenue cycle preferred
• Strong financial and operational acumen regarding budgets and productivity
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field preferred
