Practice Manager II - Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Provide practice management to support the physician-patient relationship and optimize patient access to services
• Manage daily practice operations and respond promptly to patient, physician, and employee issues
• Leverage technological enhancements to improve patient access and enhance customer relationships
• Achieve revenue cycle performance standards and manage office expenses
• Analyze monthly physician income and expenses, partnering with physician leaders to communicate financial results
• Execute the People Management Cycle, including hiring, onboarding, career development, coaching, and performance reviews

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience
• Experience managing in a physician-led office environment
• Strong financial and operations management skills
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Ability to build alliances, drive results, and manage change

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in business or a healthcare-related discipline
