Practice Manager II

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee health care network centers to ensure high-quality medical care and promote clinical excellence.
• Manage administrative, clinical, and operational functions, including appointment scheduling and support operations.
• Supervise a team of 20-50 employees, overseeing interviewing, training, work assignment, and performance evaluation.
• Partner with the Director of Operations and Nurse Manager to improve facility utilization and clinic performance.
• Implement quality improvement plans and recommend health center policies and procedures.
• Oversee the procurement of supplies and equipment for all clinical activities.
• Prepare and submit necessary records, reports, and statistical data to senior management.
• Facilitate the resolution of operational and clinical issues within the center.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, OR an LPN, RN, or BSN degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in practice management or healthcare management.
• Strong knowledge of physician office operations and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, task prioritization, and resource management.
• Knowledge of HEDIS Measures and process improvement methodologies such as PDSA or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, regulatory agencies, and senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
