Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tucker and Atlanta locations
• Manage daily operations to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Manage budgets, financial data, and forecasts to improve profitability
• Handle purchasing, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency
• Ensure compliance with legal and healthcare regulations
• Implement quality controls and monitor KPIs
• Train and supervise staff while fostering continuous improvement
• Enhance patient care through compassionate leadership
• Coordinate additional office responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing a dental practice
• Expertise in insurance verification, claims, and resolution
• Strong understanding of patient and insurance accounts receivable (AR) management
• Proven ability to maintain employee relations and oversee payroll
• Solid knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA practices and policies
