Practice Manager Endocrinology

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Endocrinology practice, including clinical, financial, and performance improvement activities.
• Establish positive working relationships with providers and act as a primary communication conduit for staff.
• Oversee customer relations and implement service initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care outcomes.
• Manage departmental core processes and support organizational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with State, Local, and Federal regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze departmental budgets and financial performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Track key performance indicators, including Revenue Cycle Metrics, Provider Dashboards, and Meaningful Use benchmarks.
• Recruit, retain, and develop staff while managing individual performance goals.
• Coordinate special projects, events, and complex departmental activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience, OR a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• 2 years of progressive supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team and work collaboratively as a team member.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and regulatory compliance.
