Practice Liaison

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and execute a regular cadence of visits and meetings with current and potential physician referral sources
• Utilize a CRM system to build and maintain referral sources within current and future markets
• Act as the initial point of contact for referral sources regarding patient concerns
• Investigate issues and collaborate with teams to drive operational process improvements
• Gather and interpret data to determine priority areas for growing referrals
• Plan and execute educational seminars, grand rounds, and networking events
• Work with practice leaders to develop, implement, and expand satellite locations
• Partner with business development, marketing, and growth teams to co-develop organic growth strategies
• Facilitate co-management relationships between doctors and external referral sources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Prior experience in physician relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Excellent time management, project management, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
