Practice Leader

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage daily clinical operations and performance
• Manage and monitor P&L performance, budgets, and forecasts
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to access, quality, and financial results
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Hire and staff non-clinical roles and support ongoing training
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and patient-centered culture
• Coach clinic staff on performance expectations and goal setting
• Drive sustainable volume growth and revenue by strengthening referral relationships
• Support and execute practice-level business plans

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in clinic management, operations, or a related leadership role
• Working knowledge of P&L management and basic financial concepts
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams, build trust, and drive engagement
• Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments preferred
