Practice Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive the success of datacenter solutions and services through technical expertise and strategic leadership
• Lead and mentor technical teams, including engineers and project managers
• Manage datacenter projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget
• Design and architect datacenter solutions meeting performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Support sales teams with technical expertise and infrastructure assessments
• Manage relationships with technology partners such as VMware, Nutanix, and Fortinet
• Align the datacenter practice with organizational business strategy and manage P&L/budgeting
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the practice

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in datacenter technologies
• Deep knowledge of Servers, Storage, VMware, Nutanix, Commvault, Veeam, Dell DPS, Checkpoint, and Fortinet
• Proficiency in Windows Server and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Expertise in virtualization and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)
• Proven experience in team leadership and talent development
• Strong project management skills using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
• Ability to manage financial planning and P&L within a practice
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and technical presentations
