Practice Head - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L, go-to-market strategy, and client relationships for the Digital Transformation practice
• Drive revenue growth through enterprise sales, presales solutioning, and partner management
• Lead acquisition of large enterprise and government customers for EIM, ECM, BPM, RPA, and digital workflow solutions
• Engage with CXO, CIO, and CTO level stakeholders for strategic deal pursuit
• Oversee delivery governance, project standards, and SLA adherence
• Manage strategic alliances with OEMs such as OpenText, OutSystems, ABBYY, and Fujifilm
• Lead, coach, and develop the DT practice team including sales, presales, and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 17+ years in enterprise software or Digital Transformation solutions
• Proven track record in sales and presales for EIM, ECM, BPM, RPA, or OCR solutions
• 5+ years in a leadership or practice head role managing cross-functional teams
• Extensive experience in the UAE market with GCC exposure preferred
• Expertise in solution selling and consultative sales methodologies
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong commercial acumen regarding pricing, margin management, and deal structuring
