Responsibilities
- Lead and support client relationships and secure new business opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle
- Ensure successful project delivery by meeting schedule, cost, and quality targets while upholding governance standards
- Drive capability development and capacity growth within the practice through regional and enterprise collaboration
- Mentor, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture
- Manage operational performance, including P&L accountability, utilization, and resource planning
- Promote Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), and Wellbeing initiatives across all projects and teams
- Collaborate with global geographies and multi-disciplinary business lines to support complex infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Extensive experience in ports, coastal, or marine engineering, including leading large, complex programs
- Professional registration (e.g., Chartered Engineer, PE, or equivalent)
- Degree in civil, coastal, or marine engineering or a related field
- Proven track record in client development, winning strategic pursuits, and managing major multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong technical expertise in marine structures, coastal protection, dredging, reclamation, and resilience
- Experience in team leadership and P&L accountability
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., PIANC) and digital delivery methods such as BIM and modeling
