Practice Broker

Responsibilities

• Market, promote, and sell dental practices while managing the full transaction cycle
• Register buyers and sellers, collect specifications, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, and financial institutions to expedite the sale process
• Manage buyer and seller expectations regarding business timescales and quality levels
• Design marketing brochures and promotional materials to support sales
• Examine financial statements and accounts to prepare tailored plans for individual clients
• Maintain excellent customer service through constant communication and professional handling of inquiries
• Meet and exceed set sales targets while ensuring compliance with dental legislation

Requirements

• Good standard of education up to A level or NVQ
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, with Excel accreditation preferred
• Experience in consultative selling or selling financial services products
• Strong customer service skills, ideally gained in a technical environment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work flexibly, including attending seminars, exhibitions, and working outside standard office hours

Preferred Qualifications

• General understanding of EBITDA
• Previous experience or insight into the dental industry
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and completion processes
