About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations for the Kidney and Pancreas Transplant Program across the main campus and outreach sites.
- Optimize clinical space utilization and provider scheduling templates to maximize patient access and operational efficiency.
- Monitor clinical operations dashboards, including scheduling, referrals, and in-basket messaging.
- Manage surgical charge reports and EPIC work queues to ensure accurate and timely charge submission.
- Supervise practice administrative associates and medical assistants, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and distribute performance reports and dashboards aligned with internal KPI targets.
- Participate in budget development, financial reconciliation, and quarterly meetings.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, patient privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- 4 years of related professional experience.
- Proficiency in EPIC and PowerBI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Experience working within an academic medical center or clinical setting.
