Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SGSST in hotels
• Coordinate with management to follow up on preventive actions and risk mitigation
• Manage and ensure the execution of 5-minute safety talks in operational areas
• Execute and document scheduled and unannounced safety inspections for staff and contractors
• Support incident/accident investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Prepare and update SST documentation such as procedures, instructions, RISST, and high-risk work permits
• Assist in SST training and dissemination through materials and logistics
• Support PPE management including verification, requirements, and delivery
• Participate in internal and external SST audits
• Maintain the IPERC Matrix and SGSST documentary control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Hygiene and Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and oral)
• Knowledge of integrated management systems
• Knowledge of Law No. 29783 (SST Law) and applicable regulations
• Knowledge of occupational risk prevention and safety controls
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and analytical thinking
