About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and register orders to ensure efficient operational flow
- Follow up on order status with end customers and update digital platforms
- Provide customer service and handle quotes via WhatsApp
- Assign orders to Construrama providers
- Create orders and purchase orders within SAP
- Manage customer invoicing
- Provide operational support to the Ecommerce and digital platforms management team
Requirements
- Currently in the 7th semester of Industrial Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration
- Availability to work 25 hours per week during the morning shift
- Proficiency in Excel for managing large databases
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make logical operational decisions
