Practicante Estudiante Técnico o Tecnológico - Carreras Administrativas (F&A Intern)

Responsibilities

• Provide support in key administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage documentation, including organizing files and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Handle internal and external customer service by receiving and routing requests professionally.
• Support financial processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense control.
• Collect, classify, and reconcile accounting documents and perform basic accounting tasks.
• Collaborate with various departments on specific projects and tasks.

Requirements

• Technical or technological student in Administration, Accounting, International Business, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Assertive communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Must be eligible for a SENA Apprenticeship Contract (Contrato de Aprendizaje).
